Matthew Keemon is a Founding Team Member & Director of Engineering @ Jebbit (www.jebbit.com). We caught up with him just before his 5-year Sabbatical to discuss what it's like creating a company based on the development of people, not [just] product. This was a fun one, one with the coining of a new TechniQ catch phrase (yes we'll give that to you Brett)! We dive head first into a "latin-based" value system that has been the driving force behind this vibrant & growing startup. The humbleness of successful growth coupled with the reality of "keeping the startup-fire burning" through years of pivots, trials and tribulations always provides valuable lessons - and this conversation was stoked with lots of them.
